Meeting Room Use Policy
The use of the Terryville Public Library meeting room is under the general supervision of the Library Board of Directors and the direct supervision of the Library Director.
The meeting room is to be used exclusively for the library or Friends of the library programs or activities, or by other Town of Plymouth agencies.
First preference for the use of the meeting room will be given to library programs. Town agencies will be allowed to use the room during regular library hours only.
The decision of scheduling will be made by the Library Director.
